Decommissioned Signs

By purchasing a decommissioned sign or other decommissioned property from SEPTA, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. AS-IS SALE

Discounts, promotions, coupons, or other special offers do not apply to decommissioned items unless expressly stated by SEPTA.

2. FINAL SALE

All sales are final. Merchandise purchased through this sale is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. NON-COMMERCIAL USE

Decommissioned goods are sold solely for personal ownership, display, collection, or similar non-commercial purposes. Purchasers agree that decommissioned goods shall not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, branding, resale with SEPTA endorsement claims, or other commercial exploitation.

4. UNAUTHORIZED USE

Any unauthorized use of SEPTA's copyrights, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property constitutes an infringement of SEPTA's rights and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing this purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclosure and Acknowledgment Agreement.
