Does SEPTA Store ship internationally?

• We only ship within the United States via UPS or USPS. SEPTA Store currently does not ship international orders. All international orders will be refunded. 

How often are orders processed and shipped?

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure credit and debit card payments.
• All major credit card brands are accepted. 

Can I pay for online orders in person? 

• SEPTA Store does not accept payment in person for online orders. Customers are encouraged instead to visit the SEPTA Store in-person for their purchase.

Note: currently, we do NOT accept PayPal or other forms of digital payments. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email septastore@septa.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• SEPTA Store will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• When the item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund status.
• If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly thereafter.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you’re ready to proceed with the order, go to your cart and click “checkout”. Follow the instructions and select payment method. Your package will be shipped within 5 business days.
